Beach Bashes Are Back and Better Than Ever for the 3rd Year in a Row!

Summer is rapidly approaching and we've got the best way to hit the beach!
In teaming up with the best party bus in Boston; the Bustonian, Social Boston Sports proudly presents the SBS Beach Bash sponsored by Radio 92.9, and Wachusett Brewing Company. Voted Best of Boston's Events by 10BEST in 2008 !

What is a SBS Beach Bash??

Simply put, a beach bash is a huge darty. (No, not a typo; darty = day-party.)

This summer we're planning two HUGE beach bashes on Saturday July 17th and Saturday August 14th!

For each beach bash we will be picking you and 70 other fun loving SBS-ers up on the Bustonian in Copley Square to party our way down to Duxbury beach in style with all our friends!

Once we hit the beach we'll have beach games for you to play at your leisure including beach volleyball, ladder ball, frisbee, bocce, and paddle ball.  Of course you're welcome to relax in the sun, and hang with friends too. There is no better way to get to the beach this summer, especially with gas prices so high!

This incredible trip is only available to SBS Members and friends of SBS Members. Membership is free so that shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Groups and individuals are welcome to hop aboard the bus.

TIME: The Bustonian will pick everyone up from Copley Square across from the Boston Public Library on Boylston Street at 10:00 AM and have you back by 5:00 PM - check the FAQ below for more details.*

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I sign up for more than one trip?
A: There is no limit per person as to how many trips you can go on.

Q: I think my friends and I can go, can you hold my spot?
A: We’re sorry but until you’ve fully registered and paid, all spots are open.

Q: How many friends can I bring?
A: There are no restrictions on how many friends you can bring on the trip. If you have 30 friends that want to come on the bus, then by all means, feel free to bring them – we’ll simply get another bus.

Q: Is there drinking on the bus?
A: Absolutely! Everyone is allowed to drink on the bus; however, it is strictly BYOB and you MUST be 21 to be on the bus.

Q: Do I have to be 21 to come on the beach trips?
A: Yes. Before boarding the bus you will have to present a positive picture ID to our staff.

Q: What will be going on at the beach once I arrive?
A: We’ll be setting up volleyball nets upon arrival for everyone to play, in addition to bocce, paddleball, ladder ball, and more!

Q: Can I bring a lunch? Or is there food at the beach?
A: While we are not providing lunches, everyone will receive coupons with any food order of $6.50 at the beach restaurant. You can also bring your lunch.

Q: Can I come by myself?
A: You can come by yourself, with one friend, or with a group of friends. All our events are welcoming and extremely social.
