I'm coming...now what should I bring?
What to wear:
Think comfort! This is a weekend away from the stresses of city life. No need to try and wear your best outfits to impress...come in comfortable/beathable clothes.
Definitely bring sneakers, a bathing suit, shorts, a sweater, hat, wind breaker, or anything quick drying. On the rapids you need to wear things that will NOT retain water. TRY TO AVOID COTTON WHILE RAFTING! If its cold out you'll be able to rent a wet suit from Three Rivers Whitewater. (we haven't needed them yet!)
Footwear: Tevas or similar sandals, old sneakers, or water shoes. You must have footwear while rafting.
You need to bring:
Pillow, warm clothes, rain gear, shorts, sturdy footwear, flashlight, sleeping bag. A cooler stocked with some drinks and food is always a good idea while camping.
Food and Drinks. Only 1 meal is included (Lobster and Clam bake on Saturday).
You can also eat at their great on-site restaurant.
