We’ve partnered with a great event coming to Boston on July 19^th. It’s called City Chase and it’s the world's largest urban adventure series. This is going to be a phenomenal event and one that we hope you will join Social Boston Sports at! Space is filling up fast, so find a teammate and get signed up before it’s too late!

City Chase is a one-day urban adventure race that NBC Chicago has billed as a one-day Fear Factor meets Amazing Race. Part scavenger hunt and part obstacle course, City Chase will convert ‘The Walking City' into a giant playground for Bostonians to explore several prominent historic sites and test their cultural identity and intellectual reputation. You might take to the brownstone-lined streets of Boston or travel the Freedom Trail in search for your challenges. Challenges from last year’s series had participants rappelling down a 15-story tower, holding live snakes and alligators, and singing before a live audience. Charity is an important component of the event as well—last year Chicago participants raised over $8,000 for Special Olympics doing tasks for strangers on the street!

The Boston team with the best time will advance to the 2008 US National Championships. The winners of the US National Championships will represent the entire US in the '08 World Championships in Morocco.
