As promised, SBS is unrolling its Coed Spring Soccer season starting April 16th! We're extremely excited to give you such an incredible league!

The Spring league will run for seven weeks and held every Wednesday night from 8 - 10 at Dilboy Field in Somerville. Dilboy is located on the Alewife Brook Pkwy. and is a state of the art rubberized field turf; games will not be rained out and will be played under stadium lights! Gotta love those flashing lights!

Games will be 7 vs. 7 and will last a total of one hour each with two 25 minute halfs and a 10 minute break in between! The field will be split into 2, playing on half fields. Although the league is recreational, it is still competitive and we will be providing fully trained referees to officiate each and every game.

League Rules Regarding the Field:

• There are no cleats allowed on the track at any time.
• Water is the only drink allowed on the turf. There are no alcoholic beverages in the facility whatsoever.
  
• When warming up for your game, please warm up on either end of the track. Players may not warm up in front of the stands.
  
• There is no use of any soccer balls prior to 8:00PM.
  

Along with the field space, stadium lights, referees and 7 weeks of soccer, SBS will also provide everyone a team t-shirt which will be required to wear during game time. *Shin guards are required during all game play.

Ok I want to play, what do I need to know in order to make my team?

Each team will need at least 10 players with a minimum of 2 girls per team. Teams may be allowed to have more players (15 player maximum) however there is an additional fee of $25 per player. The cost per team for the entire 7 week league is only $500.00 (10 players). If you want to play but aren't able to put a team together you can still sign up and we'll place you on a team. Individual league fee is $60.
